Instructions
All weekly assignments are due at the end of each week’s session, which is 11:59 PM PST Saturday of each week. There will be NO credit given for assignments posted after 11:59 pm PST.
Each assignment must include: week number, student name, and question numbers. Please answer two of the following questions below. Each question response should be between 1 and 2 pages, double-spaced with 12 point font. Assignments must be completed in a Word document and uploaded for submission. No credit will be given for incorrect answers. There will be no credit for assignments turned in after the deadline of each week.
Answer the following question:
Review the US Supreme Court cases regarding student searches discussed in Chapter 9. Briefly discuss the facts behind these cases and the Court’s holding. Overall, and in general, do you agree with the direction of the Court’s ruling on these cases?
Complete all required tasks, and then upload your work for grading. Submit your work as a file attachment. This means you complete all work in a word processing document (e.g., Microsoft Word). Acceptable formats are .doc and .docx. Only work submitted in document form will be graded. Nothing typed in the textbox will be graded. This assignment is worth a total of 50 points.
