Faculty and staff look to the technology coach for advice, strategies, and resources for ethical use and implementation of technology. This may include holding professional development sessions that are current and support the changing landscape of educational technology.

Using the professional development proposal created in Topic 3 Clinical Field Experience B:
Conduct the professional development session. The session should be made available to a small group of faculty and staff via an in-person professional development session or live virtual session using Zoom or a similar collaboration tool. Your administrator or mentor teacher should attend the professional development to provide feedback.
Deliver the digital evaluation you created in Topic 3 Clinical Field Experience B, so attendees have the opportunity to provide you feedback about the session.
Review and analyze the results from the digital evaluation.
Share the results of the professional development and evaluation with the administrator or mentor teacher. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the PD session and opportunities for future professional development.
Use any remaining time to observe and/or assist your mentor or another teacher and work with an individual or small group of students on instruction in the classroom.
Write a 250-500 word reflection that includes the following:
Summary of the results from the evaluation and feedback from your mentor.
Reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of the professional development session.
The implications for future professional development opportunities and your professional practice.
Submit your organized evaluation data and reflection as one document.
APA style is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
