Start to understand the struggle of people and sobriety experience with learning to stay sober.
If you had to use abstaining from any of the following in your plan to eat

Step 1
A. Identify a stage of change pre-contempilation, contempilation Etc.) The transtherorectical model (stages of change) for the definition stages.
B. Describe how the stage of change relates to the ability to stay sober. (abstinence from sugar Etc.)
C. Assess your feelings, thoughts, and behavior through the following areas:
*how would the daily experience and feelings including self-talk about eating
* how would the physical state (cravings, triggers, Health, Energy, sleep, nutrition,)
*how would the physiological State (motivation, emotions, coping skills, self-esteem, thoughts, insights, confidence, self-efficacy, emotional management)
*how would the social life (social support, undermining, changes, friends, family classmates, insights about others, reactions by others) will you reach out for support
*spiritual State (choices, honesty, belief systems, ethics, practice, honesty, personal volume systems)
*environment (impact of media, advertising, social mores.)
D. Explore what help or hinders the ability to stay sober. will you have a daily plan to help you through, what readings or therapeutic tools could you access to assist in your sobriety?
E. Briefly outline a plan for the next week’s to address any issues with maintaining a sobriety. What new interventions could be implemented to help you maintain a sobriety.
Step 2
Give details of a meeting you would attend where physical or online. How many people will be in attendance? Describe what the meeting will focus on identify what you will want to learn about sobriety from the meeting. Explain how attending a meeting will help maintain sobriety or eating plan. Review feelings and observations you have.
Step 3
Repeat Step 2 as (3 weeks) and answer questions a-e from Step 2.
