Check out Miles’ classic “cool” sound here. One of my favorite songs of all time. Notice the differences between “boblicity” and “Tempus Fugit”. These two provide a stark contrast between the aggressive style of bebop to the more laid back “cool” style. Also see if you can pick out all nine of the instruments in Boblicity.
