Scenario: You are providing information about a new service or new service idea using a portfolio
to generate support from senior leadership in the company of your choice. You should choose a
service organisation, a good starting point is to consider the failure of services point or ways to
improve on existing service.
Your portfolio should evidence your understanding of the company’s current situation and explain
why the new service you are proposing is justified using customer journey, and an infographic of
the target market. You must demonstrate the justification of the viability, feasibility and
desirability of the new service innovation or development or the new service development. The
portfolio will business case on why they should implement this new service innovation, consider risks and ways to reduce these.
